Users of the Apple Fitness+ service have received additional motivational materials

Since January 10, the Apple Fitness+ app has added “Collections”, “Run” and other motivational materials for users. In addition, there are now new Artist Spotlight workouts and new additions to the “Walking” section.

“Collections” contains meditations and workouts to motivate you as much as possible to get fit and achieve your goals. “Runs” is a selection of audio recordings to help increase the effectiveness of your runs and make them more regular. Plus, if you’re planning a run in one of the world’s most famous cities, you’ll be offered popular routes for that activity.

Fitness+ was the first service designed specifically for fitness and health to be used on the Apple Watch by anyone. And now with the new add-ons, they can start the year even more motivated to reach their goals.

In addition to ‘Collections’ and ‘Running’, the third-generation ‘Walking’ selection has arrived. Hassan Minhaj, Bernice King, Rebel Wilson and other celebrities are all involved. And Artist Spotlight workouts are set to the music of the Beatles, Shakira, Pharrell Williams and Ed Sheeran.

Collections

These meditations and workouts will allow you to progress more effectively towards your fitness goals. There are more than 2,000 of them in the Fitness+ library, and selections of the most appropriate ones for users are compiled from them. In “Collections”, you can also plan your future workouts over several days or even weeks.

For starters, access 6 collections with core workouts, Pilates and posture improvement exercises, pre-sleep relaxation, stretching and strengthening your hips and back, best asanas and motivational material for beginner runners.

Jogging

This audio compilation for effective and regular running contains tips from renowned Fitness+ trainers that inspire you to achieve. There are energetic music recordings, with selections compiled by trainers based on their style, intensity of run, city and route.

It is possible to save playlists and listen to them whenever you like. Running along the route, the user gets pictures of the sights. So far, there are 3 episodes with running routes in Miami Beach, Brooklyn and London. But more episodes will appear on Mondays.

Walking

This audio compilation has now had its third version. Its main goal is to motivate service users to walk more. The project involves the most famous celebrities talking about their preferences in music, sharing life stories and photos. They include Bebe Rex, Naomi Campbell, Jane Fonda, Prince William and many more.

Artist Spotlight

This popular series has been expanded with new workouts, and each with music by a famous artist. Every Monday for 4 weeks, Fitness+ will add different types of workouts with appropriate music: strength, high intensity interval, treadmill, bike, dance and yoga.
